Everything you need to know about your 1-on-1 custom jewelry design session
Each booking includes a 30-minute design consultation with one of our skilled jewelers. This time is dedicated to discussing ideas, planning out your piece, and finalizing the design - product production time is not included in this window.
We love visuals! Please bring any inspiration photos, mood boards, or refrences that capture your vision so we can bring it to life together.
A $25 booking fee is required to reserve your appointment. The amount will be applied toward your purchase during the session. Please note that the fee is non-refundable if no purchase is made.
We adore working on meaningful, heirloom, or sentimental jewelry! Beacuse of care and precision these projects require, we are selective about the pieces we take on. Please reach out ahead of time with photos so our team can confirm that we're equipped to restore and transform your item(s)!
