Our Origin Story
Co-owners Genevieve and Jules met in 2022 and while exploring their local farmers market in Cincinnati on their third date, they quickly realized their shared goals of creating sustainable jewelry out of antiques.

After founding an artisan market for college students at their local university and realizing the demand for quality jewelry, Genevieve & Jules began to sell their products at other markets in the Cincinnati area.

In February 2025, Genevieve & Jules made the big move to NYC to fulfill their dreams of further developing JG Jewelry and expanding their customer base in the Big Apple!

Where Sentiment Meets Sustainability
Sustainability isn’t a trend for us — it’s a tradition. By restoring antique jewelry and reimagining vintage materials, we create pieces that honor the past while protecting the future.
── How We Source
We source our materials from refineries - meaning that most of our pieces were waiting to be melted down for their scrap metal value. We save these historical designs from being lost to time, giving them new life as wearable works of art!
── Zero Waste Process
When we create spoon rings, we must remove the bowl from the spoon, but don't worry - we make use of it in the casting process! All of the scraps we accumulate get melted down, poured into molds, and turned into new designs!
